I made this fabulous top hat out of chipboard,foam core and cardstock. I used the Graphic 45 Steampunk Spells 12x12 paper pad. I am not quite finished embellishing yet but wanted to get it on my blog. I will update with a finished photo hopefully by the end of next week.
